U.S. Version of the One Child Policy

According to Health and Human Services Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius (a Catholic, by the way), the HHS Mandate is effectively the One Child Policy for the United States. She states,

"The reduction in the number of pregnancies compensates for cost of contraception"

Got that. Reduction of pregnancies. It's for the economy, stupid!

'Your policy has been one which I fully understand — I’m not second-guessing — of one child per family."
